I had an outstanding experience with Grant and would highly recommend Autumn Builders to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. Grant and his team installed approximately 1,400 square feet of luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring, which included removing and reinstalling the baseboards and leveling a large section of the floor to ensure a smooth, even surface throughout. Their attention to detail and quality of work were excellent. One thing that really stood out was Grant's communication. Every day he sent me a video update showing the progress of the project. He also went above and beyond by repairing and replacing crown molding on a kitchen cabinet when I asked, even though it wasn't part of the original scope of work. Grant is professional, dependable, easy to work with, and his pricing is excellent. I couldn't be happier with the finished project and look forward to working with Autumn Builders again on future projects.
